Performance CPU / GPU atm

but i checked stats with hwinfo

I had before upgrade:
i5 2500 3.3ghz + gtx 570 = 55-85fps

then i get a new chip and overclock 4.7ghz/4.8ghz= 60-110fps

then i got the best videocard gtx 680msi lightning 1400mhz = 70~110fps
with all low i got like 20% of videocard usage.. with all effects on i get like 60%.

i thinked about get a second card and sli but wtf this usage the game is cpu!

ill burn my chip max high safe voltage till i get money then i upgrade to another cpu
what cpu can make my fps get higher?
my mobo accepts 1155 ivy

I really wanna improve my fps, u saw i bought a pc just for the game

i'm afraid you can't go higher than that with HIGH settings. You can lower the settings, especially the resolution.

going high or low settings, big or small resolutions
i take the same fps.

the perfomance ingame is completly bad no matters the computer.

You guys must decrease cpu bound. idk how
