How to save console commands?

Hello. I want to use maxfps to make the game smoother but I have to type it in every map change/game start. Is there a way to save console commands/make a file that auto types maxfps 62?

Thanks.

Keep in mind that maxfps doesn't actually make the game smoother, because it does something weird to the fps you have. To me it looks like it simply removes the extra frames instead of actually capping the FPS, making it look a lot less smooth (micro stutter and hitching)

I think the settings keep getting reset on each map start or server change, not sure if you can actually save them to a file...
