High cost special upgrade structure

How about a special and expensive structure that allows the comm to choose only 1 upgrade out of 6 for that structure. The commander can choose which upgrade to get to counter the enemy team. Each upgrade will give different gains and changes the sound, animation or skin. One example for an upgrade could be an improved version of the default LMG with a different skin and sound.
