What our dear fella here tries to say is it would be SPLENDID if you could. Gratitude may have to enter some exclusive forms, though.
And to accompany that revelation: some proper max viewport screenies.
And Kouji I did actually want to have him fit in somewhat with the current models ;P
hehe I was just jerking your chain a bit :P It looks awesome in any case!
[edit] As I posted I saw that last image, hotdamn that looks nice!
You have done an amazing job on this one I must say and congtars on finishing it! Do you have any plans on releasing a first person view of the shoulder cannon? might come in handy for NS2: classic and who knows maybe even Combat mod.

Soon as I get one or two of my pending projects finished I will also be attempting to create and compile some tutorial/documentary videos/guides on the processes I have discovered and utilized to create new models, animations, and create ragdoll physics meshes for use in the Spark engine! Then hopefully some more of the community can jump on board to creating more than just custom recolors of the default models, and we can start getting into some real diversity and bad-assery.
I will possibly try to make a series starting from scratch on how to get a model fully animated and compiled into the game, and managing and publishing the mod for others to download. In the meantime continue to stay-tuned for more surprises while I have the time!
Really nice work on this model, Jamin. Really fun to see these old NS1 models making a glorious, high res comeback. Are you planning on doing the rest?
Photobucket library that has some pics of what I was talking about with the spec maps. He's much, much more shiny than any of the other models in-game now.. I agree that he needed a little bit more in that department, but now he looks kind of plasticy :(
Okay, revised the spec and improved the compression on the alpha channel (gloss map). This should be more satisfactory.. You should see an update being pushed soonish by Evil_Ice.

And thanks Cory :D I haven't really planned on doing any others but I may be tempted to in the near future.
Secondly, if we're making requests, NS1 LMG! Banana mags are the best :D
