Add new voice commands

I'd like to see voice commands to reguest ARC and MACs support to pinpointed location and that commander can then accept or deny the reguest.
There are times in game for example where you are holding some area and aliens have set up forward healing base right next to it and getting one ARC there to destroy the forward base could change the equations. Commanders don't always realize this so voice command would help. Of course you can already do this if you have mic, but voice command would be good for those that don't use mics.
