Good public servers - recommend?

<div class="IPBDescription">Yes I know this isn't quite the right forum for it...</div>Hi - can anyone recommend some good public servers in Europe? I'm hoping maybe this is like TF2 where there's a handful of pub servers that comp players tend to end up on when they feel like messing around pubbing.

(posting here because the general forum is a huge vortex of balance whining in which this would get lost; and anyway hopefully comp players will have a similar view of what makes a good pub server).

I prefer the OldAssGamers servers, seems it has a higher density of decent players.
