Rookie Mode

Please turn this on again and make it only disabled from the console. Nothing wrong with new people playing the game, though it is a bit frustrating when people take it off and don't know how to play. Make them find out by reading the forums, not by clicking the something in options. I would love to help people, but when someone is not a "rookie" it is annoying to find out they have no idea what to do.
