Publishing mod results in emty workshop folder
Hey,
I tried a few times to upload a mod, but after successfully publishing it, my mod folder <i>\Workshop\m6b31dde_xxxxxxxxxx\</i> just includes the file <i>.modinfo</i>. My modded files in the source directory at my desktop are stored under <i>\mymod\.publish\ui\crosshair.dds</i>.
What am I missing?

I always put my modded files into <i>\mymod\.publish\ui\</i>, but it has just to be <i>\mymod\ui\</i>.
So easy, so stupid...

I ve modified the music.fsb in the ns2/sound dir and want to publish it.
This file is over 130mb big unfortuantly.
When I hit publish all in launchpad after 10 seconds he says: publish was successful which is impossible to upload 130mb in such a short timeframe. Also I dont see my mod apear in Steam Workshop.
I ve checked the folder structure, its all correct.
Am I missing here something???
