Loading Fails twice in a row. . . (3rd times a charm right?)

Restarted my machine which I know means that I'll have to recompile the shaders and what not, but the actually loading of the game physically stopped twice
Once during the "Loading..." message right after initialization and again on my second attempt during caching of the game (stayed at 0%)
3rd time everything worked, but this could be a potential deal breaker to newer players who may likely give up after the 2nd failure
