What do the icons on top of the commander screen mean?

in New Player Forum
When in commander mode as a marine, I see three icons at the top center of the screen. One is team resources. The 2nd is number of extractors running I think. If that isn't right, please let me know. How about the 3rd icon? No idea what that is.

I didn't do Alien commander yet but I am sure I will have the same question for icons on that screen.


Man this game needs a PDF or something on what a lot of this stuff means. Watch videos on people playing it and not explaning it stinks.
