Reward for healing and assists

Like the title says i think healing and welding should be rewarded with some points for the ammount of healing you did. This would encourage more players in pubs to gorge or do welding support. Sometimes a decent gorge player can change the tide of the game, making the aliens able to hold a position in reducing the way for aliens to go back to heal without having them to spend res on crags and making the marines busy with clogs and hydras. Unfortunateley most of the time this player will end up having the worst score on the team (untill bilebomb is researched). This game is all about teamplay so why shouldnt players helping out the team with healing not be rewarded?
Also i like the assists being shown on the scoreboard and rewarded with some points like it is available on some modded servers. This should make it into the core game in my opinion.
