Please fix the commander EMP bug!

The C hotkey issue when being commander is a problem you get around quickly learning to cancel as soon as you realize what you did.

The problem now is that EMP is impossible to cancel.

Please fix this, its driving me crazy and its delaying ARCs.. its a very frustrating bug.

    Another bug, robo factory related..

    Pressing C when moving arcs around the map will sometimes freeze the screen. I can still hear voice chat and transmit voice chat but the interface is frozen. A couple of times, eventually it went back to normal. Otherwise, retry required. Haven't tried clicking log out of the CC though.
