Option to surrender

While you can use F4 to goto the ready room, it doesn't work unless your team is co-ordinated - and if you're trying to surrender chances are your team isn't co-ordinated.
Should be an option next to 'Eject commander' when you hold down x to access the menu. Votes needed to succeed should scale with team size. Should need 3/4th of the team to surrender.

There should be a message at the top of the HUD along the lines of "Your team wants to surrender: x votes needed". Replace 'x' with the number required ex '3'.

Voting should end after 90 seconds to clear the HUD and reset the votes.

    There are servers with a mod where if half the team writes "surrender" in chat, the round ends.
