Render Failures

So I just finished downloading and installing NS2 for the first time, was excited to get on and play when I was greeted by this

<img src="http://i.imgur.com/W0sCB.jpg" border="0" class="linked-image" />

Everything loads fine, sounds and movement works perfectly, and even the GUI loads as expected. However none of the enviroment (minus the skyboxs) render at all, leaving a completely blank world. I know the objects are there, as the UI shows their stats and names fine, however they just aren't rendering!

Log: <a href="http://pastebin.com/UrWsdHRV" target="_blank">http://pastebin.com/UrWsdHRV</a> (Please note the log has been shortened to fit pastebins 500kb limit, as the full log is 4,500kb)

Any ideas on fixing this? Will supply any other info I can if requested

Cheers

    unless you can change the "none" option to "off". Or unless you have a program specfic setting for natural selection 2 that is turning AA on (unlikely).....

    No problem for the help mate, just wish i could have got it working for ya! hopefully someone more knowledgable will be along to give ya a hand soon!

    Sadly not <a href="http://puu.sh/1EEhV" target="_blank">http://puu.sh/1EEhV</a>

    No specific settings in place for NS2 either <a href="http://puu.sh/1EEj2" target="_blank">http://puu.sh/1EEj2</a>

    Cheers, a very Merry Christmas to you too! Thanks again

    Create a Profile exclusively for Natural Selection 2 (NS2.exe) and try that.

    Steam is not NS2, so NS2 might not profit from those settings. Might be worth trying. Set every AA setting to Application Controlled.

    Problems persist, thanks for the reply regardless. Also Merry Christmas from NZ :)

    I forgot to ask, but did you install the newest nvidia driver?

    From the log file, you seem to use a driver from October 2012, the latest being from December 2012.

    I am running version 306.97 for the Nvidia GeForce 7 series, which is currently the latest according to their site. Will go ahead and update anyway though

    Are you using any overlay applications? Fraps, Steam overlay, Mumble.

    The game is loaded through Steam, so that overlay is enabled, but no others are
