Render Failures

So I just finished downloading and installing NS2 for the first time, was excited to get on and play when I was greeted by this
<img src="http://i.imgur.com/W0sCB.jpg" border="0" class="linked-image" />
Everything loads fine, sounds and movement works perfectly, and even the GUI loads as expected. However none of the enviroment (minus the skyboxs) render at all, leaving a completely blank world. I know the objects are there, as the UI shows their stats and names fine, however they just aren't rendering!
Log: <a href="http://pastebin.com/UrWsdHRV" target="_blank">http://pastebin.com/UrWsdHRV</a> (Please note the log has been shortened to fit pastebins 500kb limit, as the full log is 4,500kb)
Any ideas on fixing this? Will supply any other info I can if requested
Cheers

No specific settings in place for NS2 either <a href="http://puu.sh/1EEj2" target="_blank">http://puu.sh/1EEj2</a>
Cheers, a very Merry Christmas to you too! Thanks again
Steam is not NS2, so NS2 might not profit from those settings. Might be worth trying. Set every AA setting to Application Controlled.
Problems persist, thanks for the reply regardless. Also Merry Christmas from NZ :)
From the log file, you seem to use a driver from October 2012, the latest being from December 2012.
