Sweet, I played 6 games as Khaam on Day 0, when a couple of times the teams were almost total green names. Was horrible lol. Especially with =C= wrecking my noobie skulks !
It was stressful, but in that first week I learned alot of things from 'new' players. New sneaky locations for aliens, Marines who just reacted *differently* from those in beta I was used too. Was interesting times.
Well I joined a 20 player server last night with a friend with 16-18 green people. Gotta say it was the best set of greens i've ever seen. Skill wise they were as expected but ALL of them followed orders and suggestions we gave them. Hell at one point we were doing 2 successful hive pushes at the same time on viel. I played 8 rounds on 4 maps and went on marine/alien evenly so we got to play with every one. They followed orders better having less then 3 hours into the game better then <b>MOST</b> white players I have -played with since release.
I was trying to be as helpful to both sides during every game as I could. It was really cool to see some players discover the F or Shift key for the first time as aliens, or shadow step as fades. I also over all 8 rounds I was spamming *use your map* over and over so Hopefully at least that set of 18 understands its importance. No one complained on either team all night, no one talked ######, no one ignored orders...was quite epic set of greenies. Even my buddy said it was the best set of green people he's ever seen.
