Missing Required Mods

<div class="IPBDescription">since latest build</div>Each time I try to connect to a modded server, I get an error while the text says "Downloading Mods" that says "Missing Required Mods". I used to get able to get on modded servers without a problem. Now ANY modded server I can no longer connect to because for some reason I can't seem to get the mod downloaded and installed.

Yeah, I've been getting that error trying to join unmodded servers for some reason. I mostly encounter this error when joining my friends from the Steam Friends list directly, instead of opening the game first. If I start the game, and then join, it works just fine.
