Favorite Command and Button while in server

I would really love to have these 3 basic features:
A button that accepts an IP to be added as a favorite server at the server list.
A button at the escape menu while you're in-game and playing on a server that adds the server you're playing on as a favorite.
And a command that can add servers by IP as favorites.
