Good Counter to MACs + Exos?

Fairly new player here. I bought the game during this Steam sale and have been learning the ropes through experience. There is just one thing that leaves me at a loss.
How do I counter MACs that repair Exos? As a Fade I've learned to go in, take a few swipes at a repairing marine, and get out. That's usually enough to take down the repairer, leaving the Exo open for a kill. The problem with MACs though is that they seem to have a lot more health than a regular marine. The same tactic leaves the MAC alive, and if coupled with other MACs in perfect condition once I regen.
Are there any good tactics to MACs that repair Exos? Or are you pretty much screwed against this combo?
Thanks for your advice.

But yeah, when it does happen bile is extremely strong. Unfortunately it often requires a bit of cordination to distract the exos, or a lot of crags+a shift at the place you are defending so you can spam enough. It works the other way around as well - biling gorges are scary to exos and often get chased by marines/exos, so you can split the team up and cause a lot of confusion as a gorge, opening a window to attack for others.
Best counter against exos is generally a baserush. Even a single gorge walking in to bile the marine main (arms lab first) can draw a distress beacon, which leaves the exos unprotected. The main is often empty during big end game pushes, so taking out arms makes exos very vulnerable, and getting a beacon even more so. You can get the arms with one gorge energy pool too, so theres really no time to react to it.
I'll have to try out Gorge then. I usually just stay Skulk until I have enough res for Fade and then I just stay Fade for the rest of the game or until I get killed. I'm more of an assassin kind of player than a tank or support player.
Come to think of it I did do a base rush 2 nights ago. I saw the entire marine team mobilizing a mass of Exos and repairers to where my team was. I blinked to their main base as fast as I could, knocked out their power without their commander noticing, and crippled their team. They had won the battle between my team and theirs but they suffered too many casualties to recover. The rest of my team respawned and we all mopped up the rest of them. That was an awesome, long round.
Eject the commander before he researches them, marines can buy jet-packs and not lose the game then.
Neither of your 2 neurons learned reading comprehension it seems.

OP: Bilebomb, MACS and EXOs are pure armor.

Mad bro... forums stalk more... mad... deffo mad.
I really need to get around to using Gorge but I've been having too much fun sneaking up to and smashing EXOs to pieces as an Onos. This game is some of the best competitive fun that I've had in a very long time.
I promise I'll get around to Gorge... eventually.
The best way to kill them once they're out is co ordinated ambush, same as the best way to kill marines, although sending in endless leaping skulks will possibly wear them down or force them to back, scouting the EXOs as soon as they are on the map and setting up an ambush somewhere with 1-2 gorge and 2-3 skulks is your best bet, skulks should be going after any support the exo has while gorges bile the exo/macs down. Lerks also have the ability to whittle them down from long range and fades are a great distraction if they're on the map, onos can also easily 1v1 single exos with cara and can also solo dual if they catch them in close range.
The real best way is to simply harrass their RTs during the game so they can't afford them ever or 1-2 at most. It's pretty typical that if marines can turtle 2 tech points and slowly build tech off 3-4 RTs they will send exo/mac/arc train out and kill hives and to be honest so they should.
tl;dr: knock out marine/mac support, leap/strafe and bile from afar or peeking corners and bile.
