I do not have Photoshop. i am looking for someone to convert texture files to NS2 files for me. normal's and bump maps done are all done already.

Paint.NET can do dds files afaik...

k you are right. now i need to figure out how to make an alpha channel and how to get it into NS still.

If it's anything like Photoshop, in the RBG layers tab (Channels) create a new forth layer. It will be alpha.
