Changing Game Font Size

I play at 800x600 resolution for a smooth gameplay and I'm not gonna switch out my hardware any time soon.

So, the problem with a small resolution is that the fonts are extremely big. So big that chat text fills across the screen and blocks view and score screen you can't even see res points or ping.

I don't know if it is even possible but is there a console command to adjust the font size? Or even better, in the next update make it so font auto-adjusts for poor people like me who still has something like a HD4600s.

Not there is not. The best thing you could do right now is use <a href="http://www.angelcode.com/products/bmfont/" target="_blank">BMFont</a> to achieve the desired text sizes. I play on 1024x768 for performance reasons and as of the past couple days it seems like they fixed it for the most part. My text no longer runs together or blocks out other things.
