Ran into an interesting bug in a game today, was holding V to talk to my team as comm, at the same time clicked the Armor III upgrade on top of the arms lab, the arms lab immediately began to sell, because I was holding V obviously. I canceled the recycle, armor III no longer appeared and even building another arms lab I was unable to get it.
