audio lag

I am getting audio lag on just about every ability and sound. In particular abilities such as leap and marine sprint cause the lag but it happens with all of them. There is also pretty constant audio lag while running on infestation. This might be server side but if that's the case than all server I've been to have this issue. Anyone else get this? i have not seen anyone mention it.
