timeout and blackscreen

hey, about 2 weeks when im joining a server i get blackscreen after loading or ingame timeout. I already tried to reinstall the game completly but it doesnt helps. I've readed that the timeout have something to do with my router(thompson) but i dont know how to fix it. Anybody got the same problem and can help me?
