How do you deal with jetpackers?

The last few games I've played, I've become very frustrated by jetpacking marines. Not only do they move faster than aliens, but they get an elevation bonus that makes them extremely hard to hit for anything but a lerk. And don't even get me started with flamethrower + jetpack...
Point is, I'm not sure what to do about this, either as a commander or as a player.

I've seen a few commanders use a well timed Bone Wall to trap fleeing jetpackers between a charging Onos and the door they just had the intention to pass through. Good fun. For the Onos.
One shot or nothing.
In the event of a Jetpants push by the Marine team, the objective for the aliens is to hold the marines at a corridor with a low ceiling. This allows most lifeforms (including onos) easy reach to those tasty morsels of meatiness.
What? Not every corridor has a low ceiling. Maybe the alien team needs to give up a portion of the map to gain a better position for fighting.

It doesn't feel/look like you're hitting him, because the animation lags behind, but the damage is instant so you oughta hit him without too much trouble.
As a Skulk just try to avoid bullets as long as you can until the marine comes down and you die. :p Sometimes you can bite him, too!
