Even if it was possible (I think there is a way), "tweaking" is not going to produce a playable map. It basically has to be rebuilt from scratch if you're using a decompiled or imported BSP file.
Just about the only way to bring NS1 maps to NS2, is in the way of the "name" only. With the simple introduction of tech points in NS2, maps from NS1 will never be full balanced in NS2.
Spark editor supports importing .bsp files, but only using an old version of Hammer I do believe. And you are best to just use the imported data as a scale tool and re-build from scratch.

I wasn't talking about the old NS1 official maps specifically, more-of some maps I made in NS1, so I could bring them to NS2!

I think the scaling from GoldSrc to Spark do not translate very well

A playable beta version has been released (with no textures though, just the rooms).
