UWE server lags

Sometimes there are "lag attacks" on UWE EU servers that are really horrible. Is UWE aware of this and is this being fixed?

Could you provide some more information? What do these "lag attacks" entrail? High pings for all connected users? Does your console log show anything strange? I'm sure we could diagnose the problem if you provide some more intel.

And it would probably be helpful to know which UWE server you're referring to since there are multiple.

I will provide some more info like which server and what's going on in console, next time. Yes, it happens for all players, we get 999 ping and what happens is, we get teleported back to where we were about 10-20 seconds ago.

Make sure to use net_stats and r_stats in the console as well when it happens

UWE East #4 was doing exactly the same thing a few days ago. I almost posted this exact thread up at the time but then decided devs wouldn't believe it and fanboys would just flame.

please be more precise about the server. there are several servers which have UWE east 4# in the name. the UWE servers in europe run fine and stable. could be a problem with the NA east machines ?!
