Revivable marines

I had an idea about possibly reviving marines in the field. Marines are having notorious difficulty being offensive and having map presence. Perhaps allow a killed marine to have a chance at being revived. Not every time, but a small chance. Add an upgrade on the infantry portal that costs 15 res (subject to change) that enables all spawning marines to carry an adrenaline syringe that will instantly revive a downed marine. Adrenaline is free, and the chance a killed marine can be revived should be around 33%. Each marine gets a single adrenaline, and cannot be revived more than once per life. Returned marines have 100% health and zero armor. Mortally wounded and not killed marines will be visibly distinctive by having a simple Red + above them. A skulk can single bite to finish the job. (For 1 point)

Marines already have great mobility and hardly need more ways to zerg/reinforce areas.

1. It introduces additional time of the player being taken out of the game, and if a skulk simply kept other marines away, it would mean a longer respawn time. Kind of like an automatic devour on marines, and we know how much people loved that. So we should probably not have it make them just sit there.
2. It adds another "weapon" to the marines, though I suppose we could just attach it to another weapon.
So... now we have a mechanic, where the marines have extra health of a sort (but not literal health), which can be bough as an upgrade, which they can't heal themselves, but teammates can heal for them. Which, if you think about it, is basically what armor / welders already are.
