Observatory Ability - Nullify

<u><b>Observatory Ability : Nullify ( 3 res )</b></u>
The Comm can use <b>Nullify</b> on an area of the infestation. It has an area of effect similar to the <u>Scan</u> ability. Temporarily the infestation area is 'numbed' and all alien structures there <i>(excluding hives)</i> do not register damage to hive sight. Cysts and drifters in the area become temporarily blind to marine movements. However, marines will still appear on hive-sight when spotted by alien players.
<b>Nullify</b> would also visually cause all affected structures to sway simultaneously while the effect was active, allowing it to be visible to alien players in the area.
I think this would be a great tool at the marine commanders disposal.
Any thoughts on this?

Either that or it's an inexpensive research on the observatory which also removes its scan ability.
