Cant Login Banner persists through Login

Hi, Just want to point out a bug I found. I've F5'd, manually refreshed, navigated to other pages but the orange Can't login banner persists at the top even though I am logged in. Image Below:

That's a static message. It has no logic which would hide it for people who are logged in.
