I'm wondering if its just me who cant update to build 238. I've uninstalled, re installed and its still not updating.
is there a fix or a way to force update?
Try to check the integrity of your game files. If anything is wrong Steam will attempt to download and replace any files that may be out of place or corrupted.
To do this go to your game library in Steam, right click on NS2, go to Properties, click on the Local Files, and click Verify Integrity of Game Cache.
I had the same problem. Verifying the game cache did nothing and changing the download location did nothing either, so I restarted my computer and it surprisingly worked. Try doing this in case nothing works.
