    Can't wait until I get to camp in them tunnels with a SG :D
    Alternatively, build one outside marine base leading to a room with 6+ hydras surrounded by clogs. Troll gorges! Potentially hilarious stuff.

    very potentiality, only problem is, will they scale with distance? or will they only be buildable at certain lengths? i hope both are true, so they arent instateleports like phasegates.
    Also can we at least hope uwe will take out the sentry battery and/or give sentries a tiny buff in hp? (maybe +50 armor?), as they are now, they leave much to be desired, and why do whips not have a limit like hydras and sentries? Nofair. aliens are the super offensive faction (while frontiersmen the more defensive faction) and the aliens can have infinate whips (so long as they can afford) whilst marines can only have 3 sentries in a tiny space per room? Uncool.

    Hehehe, yep the tunnels are in! Still lots of game code to write for them but they (And lots of other stuff!) are well on the way.

    what is the FOCUS of this patch? is it alien stuff or marine stuff? any new alien traits uwe is FOCUSSING on?

    not sure i like the idea of gorge tunnels, aliens dont really lack mobility. if its restricted to gorges only then i can see it being useful without being completely op.
    Really? Mid-late game marines are way more mobile then aliens.

    what i would love to see added is all of it but when i command i have issues on some maps like mineshaft its a pain to cyst the bottom rt. i would like if the commands can rotate there view to make it easier to place building and such. using must likely the - and + keys to rotate.


    also dont place ARC's in the upper hallway of departures on docking map u will not be able to click on them to move them !! [upper hallway meaning the hallway closest to the 2 vent and between them]

    NS1 aliens could teleport between hives, even to unbuilt ones, so we know the concept works. Obviously NS2 will need some work in the balance department though.
