Ok, I have most of the game done, the only 2 rooms showing as having un-found exits are

Climbing the tower 2. It shows there is a North exit but I have no idea how. Also "The End" is showing as not done but I have beat the game. Is that normal?

it is steep since the game takes 3-6 hours to compelte most doing it in 4
