Automating Message on win

Hello fellow Modders!

I have a question, my team wants to have a message broadcasted when we win, something like "Thanks for playing, be sure to check us out on youtube..."
Our only concern is that it would be against the Game rules

So I wanted to ask of this is:

1) possible?(Without owning our own server)
2) A non banneable act?

As far as I understood your problem, you would have to modify the client Lua files, but that wouldn't work because of the consistency check.

You wouldn't be able to do this on consistency checked servers...

The server itself could do it quite easily though. Just modify the function NS2Gamerules:EndGame()
