Compared to NS1, NS2 really tries to push attacking as a short loss of res is usually worth it given you did something valuable before you died. Also p-res is a lot less important in NS2 compared to NS1.

Pres should only stop on spawn lock, as dying can sometimes be beneficial and should not be punished subsequently.
