Binds. Specifically Mic stops working

Every time I join a server and want to use the in game voice I have to rebind my mic key in game. It gets a little tiresome. I know other people that are having the same problems - is there any way of fixing this?

Does anyone know what the bind if for it so I can check my config files etc?

    same happens to a lot of people since the new patch, best way to find the bind is bind it to a key i.e. v. Then type bind v in console and it will tell you what that key bound to
