[bug repro] Open Mic

If you have the Mic key held down when the server changes to a new level, it will cause your microphone to be open until it is pressed again on the next map. You'll, however, not see your name on the list of players using the Mic.

it also happens if your mic key is on alt, and you alt-tab.
