Yaw and Pitch mouse settings

Hi, being a wrist aimer, its much easier to move my mouse horizontally than vertically. To compensate for this, i usually increase my vertical sensitivity or pitch rate making it easier to adjust my aim vertically. however, in NS2 there is only the general sensitivity setting. would it be possible to add i_pitch and i_yaw in the future?
