Missing Impulses

I just made a list of the impulses given in the controls edit menu, and i found something odd. There are missing impulses :/ ... i am a n00b to NS but not to HL, or CS scripting....

Well, there are some gaps in the numbers, but there are a lot of missing commands in there, especially in the Commander section. A while back I compiled a complete list, which can be found here:
