Custom crosshair pack, want to swap them around

I'm using Koruyo's #2 pack, and I really like the 4 lined crosshair. I do not like the 4 lined crosshair with the dot in the middle. I want to swap them around, and I found a thread talking about editing crosshairs, but I'm stuck at step 2 , right click and 'run launch pad'. Any help would be amazing!
