Small but eye-catching map bug on Veil (+ tiny bugs for Tram, Mineshaft, Descent)

You are probably aware of these already, but anyway:
Walk between Pipeline and Utility, through the semi-lowered blast door (which is higher now and you don't need to crouch any more)... while "in" the door, only editor geometry can be seen (no models) so the map "flashes" everytime you walk through there.
Bonus:
1. Right side of Tram map (press C) shows some random blocky rooms. Also it looks like there are two entrances from South Tunnel to Observation.
2. The map on the loading screen for Mineshaft (only tried a listen server so far) seems "wrong" and shows different names ("Crushing Machine", "Drill Repair",...)... I believe this is an outdated version.
3. The southernmost vent on Descent isn't fully orange This is confusing for Marines because it seems there is a place they can go, but they can't.
