Why can't the marine commander still not drop dual exo

Come on, it's been like this forever and you said it would be implemented. Surely it can't be that hard? This is HUGELY important for the marine lategame in pubs when they're sitting on a lot of t.res.

    sure put it in as a 3 chair requirement. Is he allowed to drop rail guns?

    He should be allowed to drop it at 2 chairs to be honest, I don't see what could possibly be problematic with that. It requires a lot of prior T.res tech to get to in the first place, unlike onos egg. He can't drop rail guns either.

    Also, on the subject of exos, single minigun is pretty rubbish now, it needs some love.
