Editor Prop Browser (and Entity) + Launch Pad don't work :(

l have a problem with spark editor - if l open prop or entity browser - editor in seconds freeze and don't work.
Computer Info: (Everest, Aida64 used)
Device: Laptop
Processor: Mobile DualCore Intel Core i3-2330M, 2200 MHz (22 x 100)
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Basic (Service Pack 1)
Ram: 4 Gb (Mb 4009)
Video:
Intel(R) HD Graphics Family (1856280 Kb)
NVIDIA GeForce GT 520MX (512 Mb)
Intel HD Graphics 3000

Mods - installed mods don't matter
Also don't work launch pad ;C
