Set Output Device for video tips audio

So I use my PC as a TV in my bedroom which means the default audio for my machine is my speakers. Thankfully UWE added a few patches ago the ability to choose what device game audio would spit out of (in my case my headphones). The Audio of the video tips still uses the windows default audio device. Meaning when I die in game now, if I have the tips turned on I can't really hear the tips. Not a big deal but just a thought, either set the audio source as the same as the game or give us the option to pick where is outputs.
I was freaked out for a second the first time it happened because I heard this muffled voice talking to me, and I live alone so I thought someone had snuck into my apartment. I figured it out pretty quick but regardless this would be nice to fix.
