Here's mine:
  • Random marine starts on Docking. I played a game last night where we started in Cafe and headed north... we never even tried to take Terminal. I can't tell you how great it felt to look at the map, see Terminal all covered with red dots, and NOT CARE. Terminal is no longer the inevitable marine graveyard, a coffin you keep waking up in and can't ever fully escape from. It's just another battleground.
  • Descent.
  • Lerk and hydra spike trails. They could perhaps be toned down a bit, but I'm glad they were added.
  • Descent.
  • They fixed an annoying bug in the server browser where, at least on my machine with my settings, the scrollwheel speed was way too slow and the cursor tracked weirdly when mousing over the serverlist (but not elsewhere on the same screen). I figured I was the only person in the world who noticed or cared about this, but they found it and fixed it anyway!
  • Descent.
  • The gorge plushies in Plaza in Descent.
  • The posters on the wall in the office overlooking Energy in Descent.
  • The hot chick on the poster in the Club in Descent.
  • The brand name of the candy in the store in Descent - "Ripley's"
  • The overall visual appearance of Descent. I played a game on Jambi last night, and as wonderful as that map is, by comparison suddenly it just looked like a dreary pile of gratings and holes.
  • Babblers. Yeah, they probably need a lot of work to fix in terms of gameplay. But they're just so Gosh Darn CUTE! In that annoying, almost-but-not-quite menacing kind of way. I love shooting them to bloody little bits; they're like popcorn.
  • First person spectate. It's not like I'm going to use it that much, but I deliberately spectated one entire game and it was very cool to see what things look like from the perspective of players who are actually good at this game, unlike me.
  • Descent.

How about you?
