Hi everyone,
i got a strange problem with Reflections not showing up at all in the game
System:
Geforce GTX 660 Ti - (Tested Drivers - 306.97, 310.61, 310.64, 310.90, 314.07)
Intel Core i5 @ 3.5 ghz
8GB Ram DDR 3
Windows 7 64
Problem:
First the Reflection entry under options only showed up ingame, not possibly from the start screen.
After reinstall and Steam cloud file deletion it showed up in the launch screen finally.
BUT still doesn't work at all.
Every Surface is correct shaded (as before the update) with the proper specular, normal, diffuse etc. so surface shaders seem to be in a working condition.
I tested every combination of graphics settings ingame (doesnt make sense, but i tried everything) - but i can't get a single reflection on any surface at all.
- I Reinstalled ns2 completly, even onto a different HDD
- Deleted every Cache File (clientregistry.blob, userdata)
- Disabled Steam cloud
- Display driver reisntalled from scratch on every tested version
i'm clueless now, can anyone please help me out ?
