Fps Problem ;(

My Pc i3 Cpu 540 3.07 Gh 4gB ram DDr3 Saphire radeon hd7750 1gb DDr5 Win 7 32bit

i need some help cause my fps goes from 70 to 30 when battling and switching my resolution doesnt help at all.. i run 1920x1080 and fps is the same when i run 1024 :768 ... My graphic settings are everything off /low and i would like if possible to know if there is any solution in order to run the game smoothly..

Then only thing i tried is to set high prority Cpu For Ns2 but didnt help at all..is there anything i could with catalyst control center or w/e ?

    The game is constantly being optimized but unfortunately still is very CPU heavy, currently.
    If possible (recommend 3rd party cpu cooling like water or a really nice air) you can always overclock your processor to achieve better performance, but i'm afraid that cpu is just not enough to accomplish stable, high fps with NS2. Many high end OCed CPUs can even have difficulty sometimes.

    iron you want all people to overclock? hopefully you refund their money if something breaks ;)

    I would scream turbomode.. but i3 does not have. :'(
