Can't Hear Other Peoples Microphones

<div class="IPBDescription">The mics all come iin fuzzy</div> Whenever someone talks to me on their mic it comes in fuzzy and kinda flashes on and off... It's odd because it never did this in counter-strike, but it always does in NS.. I have no sound card.

I've also noticed on some people that their messages come in as an echo effect, but it hasn't made it so I can't understand em.

voice_loopback 1 usually causes the "echo" thing you hear.

Wouldn't that only really be an issue if their mic is picking up their speakers? I've seen it before, but usually it doesn't fade much over time at all.

I've got the same problem, all I hear is weird brabblings, I almost never understand what they are saying...
