Crash at 7% pre-caching.

I have no idea why the game would do this, but when I enter a match, every thing else works fine, until pre-caching wher it slowly (1% every 10 seconds) ticks it's way to 7%, then crashes my computer.
Any one else got this?

This is NS1 tech support, fyi. But try right clicking NS2 in steam, going to properties, local files tab, then click verify integrity of game cache. If that doesn't work, ask again here.
