Ono cancer?

A strange glitch occurred to me today, I was mutating to an ono, and a marine was killing our eggs with an axe. Just before he came to my egg, I was able to finish mutation and kill him, but not before he hit me (I think, at lease). I remember stomping and then finishing him off on the ground.

However, I was plagued by a strange symptom after that, my health was constantly decreasing, and my ono was visibly bleeding (confirmed by teammates), but for no apparent reason. I saw the damage marker on hud. Going to a crag or hive negated the effect (the healing was faster), but the symptom never went away.

Anyone else seeing this? Sorry, I don't have the log, did not memorize the correct console command at the time.

The only explanation I can think of is, that you were evolving on unconnected infestation, and your egg was already damaged.
Then some bug kicked in?

This has happened to me before only once. It was unrelated to eggs, and happened after a clear respawn. I cant remember how to reproduce it, but its probably something to do with some take damage function not properly clearing around death/class change (egg to lifeform for example).

I had a similar problem where I fell off the cliff in the gap and didn't manage to grab the wall in time and died of natural causes. Later in the match I had just finished spawning and immediately died of natural causes, then later on in the same match I was a fade and had just finished taking central drilling at that point cara had just been evolved see I went to go evolve cara and in the middle of my evolution I died yet again of natural causes, it hasn't happened again since then, but I thought I would report it.
