hi,
at the moment there is a project on kickstarter called Double Action Boogaloo, a free multiplayer game on the source engine. Some of you have probably played the hl mod the specialists, it's a lot like that (even one of the same programmers). It has stunts and slowmotion and awsome action.
A project like this really needs crowd funding just like ns2 had.
I would really aprieciate if you guys could give it some attention on your website.

it won't beat ns2 since ns2 is the best game ever but it still will be fun and it's good to give indie develepors a change!

Not sure how I feel about that, though I am jaded with the hundreds of Kickstarters I've come across over the past 12 months.
Or looking at it another way: they're asking for $18,000 to make a HL2 mod.
